Our Terms
- The listings we have made are described to the best of our knowledge to use as a guide, not as a guarantee.
- The Auctioneers are not responsible for additions or deletions to the sale.
- The Auction Company are not responsible for items once they are sold.
- Settlement must be made the day of the Auction by cash or approved cheque.
- Letter of credit may be required for larger items.
- Nothing is to be removed until full settlement has been made.
- We may require to clear funds before the sale item can be released to the Purchaser.
- The Auction Company is not responsible for injury to anyone attending the auction, nor for any accidents.
- The Buyers determine the sale price at the Auction sale, not the Auctioneers.
